My background is in training, counselling and career development and, for the last 15 years, I’ve been working with individuals who want to change some aspect of their personal or working lives. I have practiced within companies, GP surgeries and voluntary agencies and supported clients experiencing a diverse range of troubles including stress, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, bereavement, histories of abuse, low self-esteem and work-related concerns.

As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I abide by that organisation’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice and am subject to its Professional Conduct Procedure. Find out about BACP here.
